I will fully admit that I have been a bit of a disappointment to myself and probably my family for taking this long to finally get a whole session of my nephew up on the blog. I have been so busy with things and the constant business which is fantastic but I always told myself that the personal posts I would save until I was completely caught up with blogging and editing client work.
Well here we are – he turns 3 in October this year. (hangs head) I have yet to edit all the photos from most of the sessions with my nephew. GRANTED for the first year of his life he got a customized session each month which some months were more elaborate than others so there is a TON to get through but I am going to stop that because I realized that I have zero full sessions of my nephew on my own blog. It’s sad. I even have the blog posts pre-written; just need to plug in pictures.
SO in an attempt to change things – this is the most recent family session that I did with my sister, brother in law and my nephew Sam at Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh, NC this spring. I will definitely not delay client images any longer than normal but I am going to put more of an effort forth myself to share these sessions of his growth over time and be a little more timely with it.
More to come as I keep chugging away at some old and new stuff – but for now, I mean they say that photographers’ children are the worst in front of the camera and I guess all kids have their moments but Sam was having a bi-polar morning or something. From tears to belly laughs – here he is!
