Jack is 8! : Chapel Hill Family and Birthday Photographer

We had such a strange winter with really only one inclement weather event and while it has been cold-ish, it hasn’t been overly cold and the flowers and trees started blooming super early this year.  As such, we had actual blooms and flowers in February when this session happened.  It was strange but a welcome sight as sometimes during Jack’s birthday session that I have with this family every winter we have lots of drab colors and not a lot of flowers since his sessions are always in the dead of winter.

BUT we found some really pretty red flowers, some beautiful yellow ones and the trees were actually someone greenish.  I love it and I love this family!  I love that every time it is kinda an unpredictable journey and every time I don’t know if I will have complete cooperation or a little bit of chaos that we turn into memories!

Happiest of 8 birthdays Jack, even though I really feel like you are 7 going on 25; you are always a joy to photograph!
