Jessica & Ronald Part I : The Grand Marquis Ballroom Wedding Photography

Wowee this was a great wedding!  And as fantastic as we clicked from minute one, I knew these guys would be family for life, I am ashamed to say that other than a face time session for the wedding consult, the actual first time I met these guys in person was the wedding day.  We had done some introductions – I felt like I knew them.  We were facebook friends, followed each other on instagram and they so kindly shared their awesome proposal video with me so I felt like I was there for the proposal even though I wasn’t.  I could see how they loved each other and expressed it and when it came to the wedding day it was like I was meeting an old friend for the first time – if that is even possible.

We had the fantastic planning team in tow with Shawn Schindler Events – and I knew that it was going to be awesome because of that.

For this day we had all planned and it was an awesome prep time and holy portraits – y’all just wait.  We did the formal portraits the day of the wedding at the Grand Marquis and then the Monday following the wedding I met Jessica and Ronald at one of my favorite local parks – JC Raulston Arboretum for and after session.  We were there until after sun set and they got on a plane the next morning for their honeymoon!
