Part I is up and now part II! My favorite time of the wedding day is the portraits and specifically the moment when I get the bride and groom all to myself. It is typically not very long but those moments are so very precious. There was all this people going here there and “do we need …” “where are the …” and I take that moment to get the bride and groom roped back in to the importance of this moment right now. You can’t re-do the portraits after your wedding that I was it is oh so important to make sure you are truly present in the moment and emotion of it all.
The ceremony being completed, we were anticipating the party that was to come – after a few frames of true love and emotion.
We then retired to the tail end of cocktail hour at the IMAX theater at Marbles Museum in downtown Raleigh for some toast, food and dancing. A short party later, the sparklers were out and the night was over. WOW what a crazy whirlwind evening! It was a great party though it flew by.
Enjoy part II of Katleen and Benjamin’s Downtown Raleigh, NC wedding! AND at the tail end is some of my favorites from the photo booth that we provided for the reception.
