Katlyn & John Part I : Bennett Bunn Plantation Wedding Photographer

After all the rain we had been having and since the day of their engagement session, while it was a beautiful place for photos we had already re-scheduled once so we went ahead and did their engagement session in a constant drizzle – I was SURE that their wedding day would be rainy as well.  We just had so very much rain – it was insane.  BUT well what a nice surprise that we had beautiful perfectly sunny weather and skies for the day!  It was the PERFECT fall day!  And while it was also halloween day we didn’t have any gools and goblins around – just some perfect fall colors and a perfect fall day.

It really was a day long in the making.  Katlyn and John and their families converged on the absolutely beautiful Bennett Bunn Plantation in Zebulon, NC.  It was the perfect venue for Katlyn and John as they loved, loved, loved the animals that cover the property and especially the horses.  We had made the horses a part of the engagement session we had to have them in part of the wedding day photos.  Stay tuned for those in Part II.
