Lauren & Justin : Duke Gardens Engagement Photography

It was a hot day.  I mean it was August and these guys were absolute troopers through their engagement session at Duke Gardens in Durham, NC.  We went all over the gardens and stayed past sunset for some beautiful photos with a dark blue (dare I say Duke blue) sky behind them which ended up being some of the favorites for both of us.

The gardens were in full bloom from all the late afternoon rains we had been having and the pops of color throughout the session were just perfect.  I even opted for a different view of the famous red bridge at this session and I am so happy with how those turned out.  It really was such a pretty day with such a perfect couple and I am so looking forward to their wedding at the Carolina Inn in the spring!
