Cake, schmake – with this little bundle of adorable we went all unique and themed it around a lumberjack/woodland theme! Mom and dad even brought some awesome props for the pancake smash (and I even accepted the awesome tree trunk as a donation because dad reaaaallllllyyyyy didn’t want to take it back home – so it has been added to the studio props;))
Following some pictures of just mr. stud muffin Liam at the park at the end of their family session, we came back to the studio and set up for Liam’s pancake smash. Mom Danielle sent me some pictures of ideas and there was a wood wall which I had recently added to my studio but I really wasn’t comfortable, being as I had just put so much work and effort into it, having it potentially coated in frosting and icing so – thus the idea (and I really don’t think that really changed the idea honestly) was born for a pancake smash!
He really didn’t eat much of them – kinda tossed them around in an adorable fashion until he got to the perfect pancake and then he decided this one was the right one to eat;) He got IN to it totally and even got the suspenders out of the way for him to chow down on his breakfast.
What a cutie and he even loved his bath! He was all smiles and belly laughs!
Hoping you have the BEST first birthday Mr. Liam and I hope to see you more and more as you grow!
