Bridals are killing, KILLING us lately. Not because we have too many of them, because we love them, but because we can’t share them until after the wedding – no bride wants her surprise blown before the big day! Luckily, Logan and Chris tied the knot in adorable Staunton, Virginia, yesterday, which means that we can finally post these. Whew.
Logan is really dear to us at this point; an uber-organized bride who found us at the Burlington Times-News bridal show last year, she thought of literally every detail to make her guests’ visit to Staunton a wonderful one… including ours. We obviously ask our brides to provide lodging if we’re going to be somewhere overnight – but we never expected to be invited into her home, treated like family, and given the almost-teary (okay, that was just me) goodbye as we left. Our Logan is beautiful inside and out, and we are delighted to share these images with you so you can see it too. The photos were taken in Glencoe, NC, an incredibly cool little town that you have to see to believe – it was rescued from complete dereliction by an area historic group, and the owners of the homes are all united in their effort to preserve as much of its mill town history as possible. And to make one heck of a photography setting – I believe that’s in the HOA clauses… Enjoy!
