I LOVE that every year, twice a year I can count on seeing this family.  Joanna has for countless years had pictures done around each of her kids birthday’s.  It’s perfectly ideal that the kids have birthdays in January and June because it is the perfect spread of time between the sessions to get some great images of the kids and family as they grow and change over the years.

This summer Susanna turned 3!  What a huge ball of energy she is and the curls…. well, I hope that she never ever cuts them off.  They are the perfect amount of adorable and happy and they fit her perfectly.

We came up with the idea since school was getting ready to be in session shortly after the session to have some back to school aspects in the session for Jack and to encapsulate Susanna’s fierceness with a fantastic sign that Joanna found that describes Susanna to the t.

I hope you enjoy some of Susanna’s 3 year birthday session and of course the family portraits of the Cleveland’s.  Crazy love this family and every single session that we meet for!
