One thing that I count my self so very lucky is in my repeat clients. People that keep.coming.back. Over and over again. I get to see them as their family grows and as the kids get older. I have been so blessed to document this family on a few occasions now – Presley’s ONE session and Andersons’ newborn session last year were both absolutely fantastic sessions.
Well, now Anderson is ONE himself and so we celebrated with of course cake and a bath session just like his sister BUT first we decided to do some family pictures. The Brown family unfortunately may be moving back to Texas in the very near future 🙁 so we elected to do the family part of the session at something that was very, very Durham and very unique to the area; American Tobacco Campus.
I love the American Tobacco Campus – it is so industrial and interesting and always lends itself to a unique space to shoot. AND true to family sessions – well, the kids were let’s just say being kids this morning and while it was probably a scene of comedy and tragedy if you happened to be walking by while this shoot was taking place we DID (and I know mom and dad doubted me when I said I WAS getting good stuff) it was a true cardio session for me. Run here and there and lay down and up and over here and make funny faces….. well, you get it. Typical family session with kids for me!
It is like a Monday and interesting enough, this session WAS on a Monday. HA!
Enjoy some favorites from this beautiful American Tobacco Campus family session and stay tuned for Andersons’ ONE session!
