The Bursch Family : Chapel Hill, NC Family Photographer

I met this precious family at UNC’s Coker Arboretum recently for a spring family session and it was so.much.fun! Christopher is the light of his parents eye and boy is he bright!  He started out how most kids do – what is this lady going to do to me?  AND then about 15 minutes into the session when he figured out I wasn’t going to kill him, he warmed up to me and we had a fun play date exploring the arboretum.  It was a little cool to start the session and we quickly warmed up running around and chasing squirrels, playing in the trees and green areas and even climbed  on a few benches!

This kid has so much personality and even his mom said that the images that I managed to capture at the end of Christopher walking away with his hands up in the air were so much like him it was uncanny.  I love when I hear – “you captured my child” even though I just met him, we had a short amount of time to bond and yet it WORKED!

Oh Christopher, you are so adorable and playful and if this is you at 2, I can’t wait to see you at 3!
