Welcome, Braxton! : Raleigh, NC Newborn Photography

I love a full circle moment!  I shot Braxton’s mom and dads wedding a while back with my friend Brian.  Interesting enough, it was one of the first weddings we shot together and at the beautiful Prestonwood Country Club and I was so thrilled when Christine reached out shortly after they found out they were expecting so I could hopefully shoot their newborn session when Braxton arrived!  We had big plans for this shoot including some travel themed photos as Braxton’s nursery is all travel themed!  It also got me motivated to finish the wood wall that I have had in the works for the studio for quite sometime as I knew it would be perfect for this session!

So literally the day before I finished and installed the wood wall and it turned out just how I thought it would!  We also had some pictures with the parents as well as some patriotic themed images as he was born shortly before July 4 and a family friend of theirs made this adorable patriotic blanket and hat!

It is a whole mess of perfect and I am so glad I was able to meet him and photograph such an important milestone in their families lives again!  This little family is simply adorable and I hope to see them more and more as Braxton grows!
